Open Call: Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Emotional Intelligence in Artistic Leadership”

About the Project
In today’s fast-changing world, emotional intelligence is one of the most important skills young people need in order to lead, communicate effectively, and create inclusive communities. According to the World Economic Forum, it is among the top skills for the future, yet traditional education often overlooks it.
The Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Emotional Intelligence in Artistic Leadership” aims to bridge this gap by combining creative expression and non-formal learning. Through art, theater, role-play, and group activities, participants will explore how emotional intelligence can strengthen leadership, resilience, and teamwork.
Objectives
By taking part, participants will:

Develop self-awareness and emotional regulation skills.

Learn to express emotions through artistic activities.

Gain confidence in leadership and teamwork.

Experience intercultural collaboration with peers from across Europe.

Discover practical tools for integrating emotional intelligence into youth work and daily life.
Who Can Apply?

Young people aged 18+ from Germany, Serbia, Croatia, Sweden, and Türkiye.

Passionate about leadership, creativity, and intercultural exchange.

Motivated to engage fully in all activities and share what they learn afterwards.
Practical Information

Dates: 13 – 21 November 2025 (including travel days)

Venue: Freudenstadt, Germany (DJH Jugendherberge Youth Hostel)

Costs: 100% covered by Erasmus+ (accommodation, meals, activities). Travel costs reimbursed up to the limits set by the program (approx. 309€ per person depending on country of origin).
