Mental Health & Well-being Session: Focus on Self-Connection

On June 22nd, Youth Plus made Mental Health & Well-being session. This session brought people together for a refreshing break from their busy lives, allowing them to focus on self-care, mental health, and building connections. With a schedule packed full of mindfulness practices, yoga, team-building activities, and discussions on stress management, the session provided approach to well-being.
Led by experienced trainers, the session centered on offering practical tools and techniques for better mental health. The day began with mindfulness exercises to help participants reconnect with the present moment. These practices were designed to enhance awareness and provide participants with the foundation to manage daily stress in a more conscious way.
Mindfulness was a key focus of the session, and participants engaged in guided exercises designed to bring them into the present. This practice helps to reduce anxiety and stress, encouraging a healthier, more balanced mindset. Alongside mindfulness, yoga was introduced as a tool to relax both the mind and body.
